17. Prices & Payment
All product prices in the online store www.sinnertaste.com are shown in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
- If the Buyer does not pay for the ordered goods within 2 business days, the order is automatically cancelled and the Buyer is notified at the email address provided during registration.
- Once the Seller receives confirmation from the payment system operator that the Buyer’s payment for goods and delivery (transportation) has been made, the order is processed and the delivery period is calculated.
- A VAT invoice is provided to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods or electronically by email.
18. Delivery of Goods
Goods are delivered to the address specified in the Buyer’s order via the chosen delivery service provider.
- If the Buyer or recipient cannot be found at the specified delivery address, the courier may hand over the goods to any other adult at that address; in such a case, delivery is deemed proper.
- Delivery times and fees are displayed during checkout before payment.
19. Quality & Shelf Life
- Product photos and descriptions on the online store are for information purposes. Due to natural ingredients or display settings, products may slightly differ in color, shape, or size.
- If a product is defective, it may be replaced with a new equivalent product or compensated, as agreed with the Buyer.
20. Definitions
Perishable products – food products with a short shelf life due to their composition, production method, or storage conditions (e.g., desserts, cakes, bakery items, buns). Such products must be stored under appropriate conditions and are generally non-returnable, except if received defective.
