1. General Provisions

• These terms apply to all customers purchasing via www.sinnertaste.lt.
• Seller: MB “SAG projektai”.
• By using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
• We reserve the right to update the terms; the latest version is always published on the website.

2. Registration and Ordering

• Orders can be placed by creating an account or as a guest.
• When placing an order, the customer must provide accurate details (name, surname, address, phone number, email).
• Incorrect details may result in failure to fulfill the order or additional costs.
• An order is considered valid once it is confirmed in the system and payment is received.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are shown in euros (EUR).
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price applicable is the one shown at the time of ordering.
• Payment is available via Paysera (card, online banking, or bank transfer through the Paysera system).
• Payments are processed by Paysera; we do not receive or store your card details.

4. Delivery

• All orders are delivered exclusively via DPD Fresh, ensuring temperature control (cold chain requirements).
• Typical timelines: 1–2 business days (may vary depending on region and peak periods).
• Prices, timelines and conditions are detailed in the Shipping and Returns Policy.
• The customer must accept the parcel within the specified time window. Failure to receive may impair product quality.

5. Product Quality and Shelf Life

• The offered goods — desserts, cakes/pies, bread, buns and other baked goods — are made fresh.
• Shelf life and storage conditions are indicated on the label or in the product description.
• Minor decoration differences or slight visual defects incurred during transport are not considered defects if the product is suitable for consumption.

6. Returns and Withdrawal

• Under EU law, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days; this right does not apply to perishable food products.
• In case of quality issues (defect, incorrect order), email uzsakymai@sinnertaste.lt within 24 hours of receipt and include photos/video.
• All conditions and procedures are provided in the Shipping and Returns Policy.

7. Limitations of Liability

• We are not liable for delivery disruptions arising from inaccurate customer details or the customer’s absence at the time of delivery.
• We are not liable for deterioration of product quality if the customer fails to receive the parcel on time or does not follow storage instructions.
• We are not liable for the actions of third parties (couriers, payment intermediaries) beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

• All photos, texts, recipes, design and other website materials belong to MB “SAG projektai” or are used lawfully.
• Copying, distributing or otherwise using our content without prior written consent is prohibited.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful — by the competent Lithuanian court.
